He followed the project from the beginning till the end, he was flexible from mid-time revisions and stayed on schedule. He's experienced to work with woocommerce/wordpress and now added buddypress to his belt as well. In this initial step not much hard coding was required yet (php/html), however the few parts we needed he completed well. He's got a good sense of humor and readily available for Skype follow-ups, good colleague to have in your team.
